Anybody who processes claims for your business needs to have their own username and password for mfldirect.
You can use your regular buying account to make a claim or, if you have colleagues who don’t buy vehicles, you can quickly and easily set them up with permission to Access mfldirect.
This will give them access to process your claims, but they can’t buy or change any account details.
