Logistics your way

Most cars are available for collection the next day, and we give you a 5 day collection window, so you can decide how and when you want to get your new car to your forecourt.

We want you to have an easy collection experience every time, so make sure you follow the steps below.

Check the latest location of your vehicle before making arrangements

You can find this information on your purchase documents, so please make sure you download and check the handback location before making your collection arrangements.

Call the handback dealer/refurbishment site in advance

They need to know you will be coming to collect the vehicle, so they can make it available for you.  Please call the site in advance - you can find their contact details on your collection note.

Take the right paperwork

We want to protect your purchase, so vehicles are only released to people with the correct paperwork and identification.  Please make sure that whoever will be collecting your car takes everything they need.

Give yourself time for your collection handover review

We don't see every car that is handed back to us, so your handover review is really important. The review is a key part of the Proof of Collection document that you have to use if you need to make a claim. This could be:

  • Issues with your Assured Vehicle, so you can use our award-winning claims application to bring your car up to trade standard
  • Issues or damage that wasn't captured in the Inspection Report for your Inspected Vehicle

The Proof of Collection needs to accurately describe your car’s condition, so it is really important that you take the time you need to make sure all the information is correct.
