Supporting Information For Your Claim

We’re sorry if your purchase isn’t as you expected, so we want to make sure that the claims process is as smooth as possible.

As well as accurate descriptions and relevant photos of any issues you find, we also need some supporting information, to make sure that we can make our assessment and get back to you quickly. 

These include:

  • Part number, costs, labour hours, diagnostic reports and any supporting information.
  • Accurate description of cost to replace and, where appropriate, supporting images.
  • Accurate descriptions of cost to repair.

And remember, if you collected the car, we need the Proof of Collection before we can process your claim.
